The Indian Medical Association (IMA) has revoked the membership of Sandip Ghosh, former principal of RG Kar Medical College and Hospital, following his arrest in connection with a rape case. Ghosh was accused of sexually assaulting a woman at his residence. The IMA stated that such behavior is unacceptable and undermines the integrity of the medical profession.
