Kiara recently discussed Dimple’s feelings about how the character has been woven into the film
Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra’s recent release Shershaah has received praise from all corners of the country. Millions of people have been moved by the film about Captain Vikram Batra, who died during the Kargil War. The film also includes the storey of Dimple Cheema, who never married because she was engaged to Vikram Batra when he died.
Kiara recently discussed Dimple’s feelings about how the character has been woven into the film in a recent interview. “I messaged her (Dimple) after the movie,” she explained. For her, this is a moving film. For the time being, I’d like to respect her privacy. I’m sure the songs spoke to her deeply. She must be pleased that her storey has struck a chord with people. “I am overjoyed.”
